Leave the bandage on for at least 5 days, no more than 7 days.
If your bandage starts to leak, collect water, or is exposing the tattoo(s), take the bandage off and wash the area with an unscented soap.
Sometimes, clients may get an "ink sack" which is a build up of fluid and plasma. This may make the tattoo look smudged or blurry. This is normal!
When removing the bandage, remove the bandage in the shower with clean hands and an unscented, gentle soap. Be sure to pat entirely dry with a clean paper towel after cleaning.
Once your tattoo begins to flake, itch, or scab, you can apply a thin layer of unscented lotion such as Cerave, Lubriderm, or Glaxal. Pat away any excess lotion.
Cellophane
Leave the bandage on for about 4 hours. Do not sleep with the bandage on.
Once the bandage comes off, wash gently with an unscented soap and warm water with your fingertips. Be sure to pat entirely dry with clean paper towel after washing the area.
Once flaking, itchy, and/or scabbing, apply a thin amount of unscented lotion such as Cerave, Lubriderm, or Glaxal. Pat away any excess lotion.
